New Wastewater Standard Takes Effect Tomorrow — Jinlin's Water Has Been Looping For Years

   Tomorrow, September 1, China's revised "Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Textile Industry" (GB 4287-2026) takes effect: 16 pollutant items under control, zebra-fish-egg acute toxicity added for the first time, and new dischargers must comply immediately. In the same week, Jiangsu-Zhejiang weaving operating rates rose 5 percentage points month-on-month, with knit orders clearly outpacing woven - a higher bar and a knit recovery arriving together.
