Must Read for Buyers | Dyeing Issues? Don’t Just Blame the Dyes!

Many apparel & overseas buyers face patchy marks, color variation and dull shades on fabrics. They keep adjusting dyes, only to suffer higher losses.
Industry stats show 60% of cotton fabric dyeing defects stem from 3 key pretreatment processes: Desizing, Scouring and Bleaching.
✅ Poor desizing → Residual size blocks dye absorption, causing obvious patchy stains
✅ Inadequate scouring → Hydrophobic fibers, dye stays on surface, dark shades look dull
✅ Uneven bleaching → Yellowish base tone, mass quality issues for light-colored fabrics
Mercerization is essential for premium fabrics to achieve rich and vivid colors. Cutting corners on this step will greatly downgrade fabric quality.
We adopt standardized full pretreatment procedures. Every batch is strictly tested on desizing rate, capillary effect, whiteness and residual oxygen. We control color difference from the source, cut rework costs and ensure stable bulk production.
